Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
  • Maintain HR records, including personnel files, benefits information, and compliance documents.
  • Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
