Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- Maintain HR records, including personnel files, benefits information, and compliance documents.
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and training activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
